We strive to offer the best customer service and feel confident our product will exceed your expectations. However, should you need to contact us about anything, please email info@mixeaze.com and our customer service team will always be happy to assist you. 


If you change your mind once you’ve ordered, we will offer a full refund as long as the product is returned unused in its packaging, in working order and with all of the boxed contents. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and retaining proof of posting. We require proof of purchase and once the goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 - 10 days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact customer service.


If your Mixeaze arrives damaged or with any defects, or in the unlikely event it develops a fault in the first 30 days, please contact our customer service team within this time in order to arrange an exchange. As above, the customer will be asked to retain proof of posting; however, the customer will be refunded any shipping costs once we have received the returned goods.  The exchanged product will of course be sent free of charge.
