Tropical Cream Smoothie!

Craving a smoothie recipe with fruits?

Having a tropical Creamy Smoothie will recharge your energies! Remember using yogurt high in protein to boost those muscle gains 💪🏻 

It is also a good smoothie for breakfast recipe or even for a snack at mid day! 


TIME: 4 minutes 
Servings: 1
1/2 Cup -  Pineapple Juice
2 Spoons -  Greek Vanilla Yogurt
1/2  Cup - Mango 🥭
1/2  Cup - Pineapple 🍍
1/2 Cup - Banana 🍌
Garnish with Grated 85% Chocolate, chia seeds and walnuts !


1. Add all the ingredients to your Mixeaze hand blender and mix for 1 cycle.

2. Pour in a jar glass and add the toppings and enjoy a fruit smoothie full of vitamins!
