Red Pesto

Who fancies a taste of Italy? Pesto pasta is quick and delicious and can be made in your mixeaze portable blender in the time it takes the pasta to boil! 

 

 

Time: 15 Minutes (10 Pasta & 5 Pesto Sauce)

Servings: 1 (380 ml)
Ingredients:
100g sun dried tomatoes 

100g roasted red peppers

10g basil 

30g parmesan 

20g pine nuts

30ml water 

50ml olive oil 

1 clove of crushed garlic 

Pinch of salt & pepper 

Instructions
1. Add all the ingredients to your Mixeaze hand blender and mix for 2 cycle (give it a good shake while it's blending to keep the ingredients mixing).
2. Boil the pasta for 10 minutes.
3. Mix the sauce with the pasta and enjoy!
