Guasacaca Sauce Recipe

Try a taste of Venezuela with our Guasacaca recipe, a dressing or sauce made from the freshest, most flavoursome ingredients. Simply add them to your mixeaze

  

Normally in Venezuela they put avocado, you can easily add hald avocado on your mixeaze, for a thicker consistency and creamy flavour! 

Time: 5 Minutes 

Servings: 1 (380 ml)

Ingredients:

One squeezed lime
100ml of water
100ml spoons of oil
Half a chopped small white onion
Handful of chopped spring onion
3/4 a small chopped red or green pepper

Blend for one cycle and then add:
Pinch of salt & pepper
3 garlic cloves
Handful of coriander (remove all the stalks)
Handful of parsley (remove all the stalks)

 

Instructions
1. Add the liquid ingredients to your mixeaze and mix for 1 cycle
2. After that pour in the parsley, coriander, salt & pepper! 
3. Let it rest for 2 hours in the fridge

4. Pour over red meats or enjoy as a dressing or sauce! 🍔  🌮  🥪
